Important Information:
Commissions can take up to 3 months to complete. All sales are taking up front and final once negotiated. All purchases are made through PayPal Invoice and protected under Paypal's buyer protection.
All commissioned artworks are undertaken on a bespoke basis and are therefore non-refundable once work has commenced. By engaging the artist’s services and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the commission is uniquely created to their specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed. As such, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted after the initial payment has been made, this policy does not affect any statutory rights where applicable but serves to protect the time, materials, and creative labour invested in each commissioned piece.
